StartmeupHK Festival 2020

Hong Kong – StartmeupHK Festival 2020, a 5-day event aimed at helping founders of innovative and scalable startups from overseas to set up or expand in Hong Kong, was transformed from a physical event to a fully virtual event on 6-10 July this year. Our digital-arm joined hands with the Exhibition Contracting team to provide all-around services from offline to online to guarantee the success of this unprecedented move.

The Festival consisted of live talk presented by renowned industry figures from all over the world, virtual exhibitions, investor matching as well as a job fair, which enables visitors to attend anytime and anywhere around the world. Owing to our extensive experience and knowledge in virtual fair management, we were appointed by InvestHK to take charge of the whole process of the virtual event, including online registration, virtual exhibition setup and management, live event session management, while the Exhibition Contracting team provided strong support offline for the live event session in venue decoration and logistics management. With the concerted efforts of the two professional teams, the Festival turned out to be an impressive one attracting a total of 181,770 participants, involving 471 speakers and successfully attracted 199 exhibitors from 97 countries and territories globally.
