Morganfield’s at Suntec City

Singapore - “Home of Sticky Bones”, the Malaysia chain famous for its signature American old fashioned barbecued pork ribs, Morganfield’s, opened its second outlet at Suntec City Singapore in August.

Milton Singapore was appointed the restaurant’s design and concept consultant. Through understanding the diverse target audience on its offerings and location, the team successfully incorporated a communal dining environment with an al-fresco ambience, converting one side of the shop front into an al-fresco bar dining, and catering to both family and working crowd at the central shopping area. Morganfield’s first outlet at Star Vista serves mainly the working population at the west of Singapore.

From concept to production, the creative and operations team worked closely with the client to create a cozy family and friend’s environment using creative wall features and décor. With the team's extensive experience the client's expectations were met regardless of unprecedented construction challenges occurring on site. As the team at Milton Singapore always do, they work hard, and also had fun in the process of putting together the “Home of Sticky Bones”.
