Milton Supports JA Company Program

Hong Kong – Junior Achievement (JA) Hong Kong commenced its 5-month entrepreneurship education program, JA Company Program (JA CP) , in October. As a corporation that values young talents and embraces corporate social responsibility, Milton Exhibits supported this meaningful program as business advisor.

As one of the largest youth entrepreneurship programs in Hong Kong, JA CP provides youngsters aged 14-18 an opportunity to get hands-on experience of running a business. The program attracts over 1,500 participants every year and has already benefited over 21,000 youngsters in the past 14 years. This year, Milton Exhibits is pleased to act as the business advisor of one of the participating schools, United Christian College (Kowloon East). During the program, we guided our mentees in setting up their organization, establishing business plan and implementing operation; advised on their business decisions; meanwhile shared our real-life experience with them.

We are delighted that our mentees established a great product and successfully sold it to the public in JA CP Trade Fair on 10 February, which marks the satisfactory close of the program; but most importantly, all of them has built up an entrepreneurial, innovative mindset and enhanced their soft skills during the program!
