Singapore – In October, Universal Studios Singapore (USS) ran its fifth edition of Halloween Horror Nights, the widely anticipated scare event of the year. This also marks Milton Singapore’s fourth project with the USS team.

However, compared to previous Halloween Horror Nights that typically feature more generic horror elements, this year’s edition paid tribute to the nation’s 50th birthday by bringing nightmares home. As night fell and the Blood Moon rose, the amusement park by day descended into horror with a unique Singapore twist, striking fears and terror held closest to the heart.

Working only at night after the park ceased operations, Milton Singapore took 3 months to conceptualise, design and stage this iconic scare event. Working tirelessly and closely with the client, the team produced ConTERMINATED, one of the scare zones, as well as the Hell House, one of the four haunted houses.

With creepy paper effigies of servants, props recreating scenes of the Underworld, numerous scare-actors and various sound & light effects, the Hell House aimed to bring to guests the most unsettling housewarming of a lifetime.
